Builder Base Guide

Builder Base Upgrade Planner

Rush B.O.B. for the 6th Builder or plan a steadier Builder Hall path.

Builder Base is not Home Village with different building names. Clash Max switches to Builder Hall legality, Builder Gold and Builder Elixir, Clock Tower timing, Star Laboratory work, and B.O.B. requirements when Builder Base mode is active.

Search Intent

Builder Base deserves its own route because the goal is usually different

Most Builder Base planning searches are about progression speed, Builder Hall requirements, or the 6th Builder. This page owns that intent so the root planner can stay focused on the tool itself.

Builder Base mode has its own results, warnings, strategy controls, and B.O.B. progress model.
Main Paths

Choose Rush 6th Builder or upgrade the current Builder Hall evenly

Rush 6th Builder

This mode narrows the candidate pool toward B.O.B. milestones: Builder Hall progress, Clock Tower, Star Laboratory, the selected rush troop, hero total, defense level 9, and remaining Home Village gear-ups.

Upgrade This BH Evenly

This mode is for players who want a steadier Builder Hall plan instead of the shortest B.O.B. route. It still respects legal placement requirements and Builder Base resources.

Clock Tower timing

Builder Base schedules include Clock Tower boosted time in task end dates, so the timeline reflects the boosted work instead of showing a cosmetic savings note after the fact.

Builder Hall requirements

The local reference tracks required placed counts before each Builder Hall upgrade and stage quota rules from Builder Hall 6 onward.

B.O.B. Milestones

The 6th Builder plan has to clear both Builder Base and Home Village checks

Builder Base requirements

  • Push Builder Hall far enough to unlock the required B.O.B. control path.
  • Upgrade Clock Tower and Star Laboratory milestones when they are part of the configured rush goal.
  • Choose the rush troop that the Star Laboratory should prioritize for the plan.

Combat and defense requirements

  • Track hero total across Battle Machine and Battle Copter progress.
  • Push a valid defense to level 9, using Auto when you want the planner to pick the strongest available target.
  • Compare variants by projected completion before choosing the final schedule.

Home Village gear-ups

  • B.O.B. can still be blocked by Home Village gear-up milestones even after Builder Base work is nearly done.
  • Clash Max surfaces that remaining Home Village note in the Builder Base progress card.
  • The root planner links both base modes so players can move between the related schedules.
Planner Data

Builder Hall legality is checked before the scheduler compares plans

Clash Max uses a local Builder Hall requirements reference generated from the same mirrored game data used by the scheduler, with a Builder Hall wiki source of truth for placed-count progression checks.

Useful anchor: Builder Hall 9 to Builder Hall 10 is tracked as a 4,800,000 Builder Gold, 7 day upgrade in the local reference, with 29 placement requirements before the upgrade can start.

FAQ

Builder Base planner questions

Should I rush Builder Base?

If your main goal is the 6th Builder, rushing B.O.B. milestones is usually more direct than maxing each Builder Hall evenly.

Does Clash Max account for Clock Tower boosts?

Yes. Clock Tower timing is modeled in Builder Base task end times, and rush plans can be rerun so boost windows settle into a stable schedule.

Why not put all Builder Base content on the homepage?

The homepage should stay the planner. A dedicated Builder Base guide lets search engines understand B.O.B. and Builder Hall content without diluting the main tool page.
